Celebrating Volunteers
June 19, 2007 - The American Red Cross, Southern Tier Chapter hosted its annual meeting and volunteer recognition dinner. The event celebrated the significant contributions made by the Chapter's dedicated volunteers throughout the course of the past year, gave Chapter staff an opportunity to show volunteers they are appreciated for their commitment to helping others through the Red Cross, and provided an opportunity for everyone to reflect on the numerous ways the Chapter has impacted the Southern Tier over the last 100 years. The Chapter has much to celebrate and we look forward to 100 years more of making a difference in our community.
